O New York Times publicou, no começo dessa semana, uma reportagem chamada “The Perfect Burger”. O gancho foi o lançamento do DBGB’s, uma nova lanchonete refinada na região do Bowery, em Manhattan. Jane Sidal, repórter que assina o texto, reuniu 30 chefs dos Estados Unidos para que eles dessem sua receita para o sanduiche perfeito. Da escolha do pão ao tratamento da carne, passando pelos molhos e os segredos que fazem que cada receita seja exclusiva. Vale a pena dar uma lida.
